The Mondragón Cooperatives comprise about 100 businesses, all democratically run by 85,000 worker-owners. These enterprises make everything from auto parts, bicycles and industrial appliances to elevators, escalators and medical supplies. They include a university system, a supermarket chain, and the largest research & development complex in all of Europe. Mondragón operates on ten core principles and are a study in how social, cultural, and personal ethics can shape a community, its businesses, and individual aspirations. Mondragón has proven that another economic reality is possible.

Georgia has led 11 week long seminars at the Mondragón cooperatives and will take a 12th group May 21 - 27, 2023.
